I thought I would start a blog so I could become more annoying about my running obsession. *Wait for applause to end* Yay! So, I am going to track my progress throughout the 17 weeks of marathon training and I am going to relentlessly post running articles, food recipes and things about cookies.
The 16th rendition of the Mizuno Wave Rider. It has what they are calling, wave technology (ooooahhhhh), your supposed to feel smooth heel-to-toe transitions. These have always been my go-to shoe until recently. This is a neutral shoe that fits a high arch and in need of not much support. I have been getting a lot of pain in my right heel and I need a more cushioned shoe. I have had a specialist check out my foot and apparently I have no arches and these shoes would not be the best for me.
