This weekend's training plan consists of 24 miles at Bear Mountain. Jared and I are setting out early Saturday morning, checking into our hotel and beginning the run. I really want to familiarize myself as much as possible with the course since it is my first ultra. I'm a Nervous Nelly when it comes to heights and I need to see if there are any "problem areas" for me.
